Types of enameled badges

Enameled badges comes in two different types, hard enamel and soft enamel

Hard Enamel, Cloisonne, is the oldest enamel process. Known for its durability, Hard Enamel badges were, and are still used, for the military and the government, car badges. where  quality is  important

YOUR DESIGN CRITERIA

Please save the design in one of the following formats

Please make sure that the graphic resolution is at least 800x600 pixels or

Scanned  MINIMUM resolution of 700dpi

  EPS, JPG, GIF, BMP, PNG

Hard Enamel

Hard Enamel badges are  restricted in the range of colors. As badges are fired, certain colors, such as bright reds, oranges, white, might  be discoloured with black specks, the colors may also darken. We do not recommend using enamel. 

1. Your design uses more then 4 colours;

2. The design is very detailed.

3. Colours, such as red, white, orange, and yellow 

They are very important in your design and they must be very bright.

We can also make Hard Enamel badges with transparent enamel colors.
